We serve Denali Brewing Blueberry Mojitos ON Tap !

A Sampling of our typical summertime tap beers:

We have 18 taps--a mix of mostly-Alaska-microbrews and a few favorite domestics.

GlacierBrewhouse

Blonde

Crisp and refreshing, our Blonde ale has a light straw color. The malt body is light and is complimented by a mild Cascade hop aroma and a smooth creamy finish. Premium two row barley from the Pacific Northwest lets this beer shine.

Alt-Style Ale

Alaskan Amber

The name of this beer style comes from the German word “alt” meaning “old”. This refers to the aging that alts undergo since they ferment more slowly and at colder temperatures than most ales. Slow fermentation helps condition the flavors in Alaskan Amber, contributing to its overall balance and smoothness.

Modelo Especial

Well-balanced taste and light hop character with a crisp, clean finish. Modelo Especial is characterized by an orange blossom honey aroma with a hint of herb. Modelo Especial contains Water, Barley Malt, Non-malted Cereals and Hops.

Belgian-style witbier

Alaskan White

Alaskan White Ale is based on a Belgian-style witbier, literally translated to “white beer.” White beers, or “witbieren,” are named for the suspended wheat proteins creating a cloudy appearance in this unfiltered beer.

Crisp Apple

Crisp Apple is made from traditional cider apples for a blend of sweetness and bright acidity, just like biting into a fresh apple. This is one of our favorites.

India Pale Ale

Icy Bay IPA

India Pale Ales are characterized by intense hop flavor and aroma accompanied with medium maltiness and body while also being crisp and dry.

American Pale Ale

Alaskan Freeride

Arguably the style that triggered the craft beer movement in the United States, the American Pale Ale showcases the floral, fruity, and citrusy aroma and flavors of Pacific Northwest hops in balance with a medium malt body.

Kölsch-style Ale

Alaskan Kölsch

Based on the traditional style of Kölsch beer brewed in Cologne, Germany.

Chuli Stout

Over its long history, stout has served many purposes, from a doctor-recommended cure-all to an aperitif for Russian royalty. Somewhere in the middle is Chuli Stout, a dry Irish style stout, which takes its name from the mighty Chulitna River. An ample amount of roasted barley imparts dry, coffee-like flavors, while flaked barley adds smoothness and body. And if that weren’t enough, Chuli Stout is conditioned and served with nitrogen, amplifying smoothness and creating that rich, dense, classic stout pour.

Goose Island IPA

Goose Island’s flagship IPA is a six-time medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival. The brewery has taken the traditional English Style and created their own fuller flavored IPA with bright citrus aromas and a bold hop finish. With hoppy, bold, and smooth flavor, Goose IPA is the perfect beer for hopheads and discovery drinkers alike.

STRONG BITTERNESS. CITRUS WITH GRAPEFRUIT, PINE, AND FLORAL NOTES. MODERATE LINGERING BITTERNESS.

Single Engine Red

Single Engine Red is an amber-style ale; very flavorful but not heavy, strong or cloyingly sweet.  It can be compared to Killian’s Irish Red, although it differs in that ours is an ale, not a lager.  However, it has some of the same malty highlights as Killian’s.  The name comes from a competition we held prior to opening the brewery.  We asked locals to name our red ale; this was the winner
