Alt-Style Ale

Alaskan Amber

The name of this beer style comes from the German word “alt” meaning “old”. This refers to the aging that alts undergo since they ferment more slowly and at colder temperatures than most ales. Slow fermentation helps condition the flavors in Alaskan Amber, contributing to its overall balance and smoothness.

ESTRELLA JALISCO

The Jalisco region of Mexico is known for its mariachi music, handcrafted art, and as the birthplace of Estrella Jalisco beer. Starting this season, the refreshing, light-flavored pilsner from Guadalajara, Jalisco will be available in @the CRD, bringing its more than 100 years of Mexican brewing tradition to America.

Belgian-style

Alaskan White

Alaskan White Ale is based on a Belgian-style witbier, literally translated to “white beer.” White beers, or “witbieren,” are named for the suspended wheat proteins creating a cloudy appearance in this unfiltered beer.

BLONDE EAGLE ALE

Refined yet rugged blonde ale stands apart from the rest like the rare blonde bald eagle stands out among their flock. With hints of honey, malt and fruit, Blonde Eagle ale is light-bodied, smooth and insanely easy-drinking.

49th State SOLSTICE IPA

Chuli Stout

Over its long history, stout has served many purposes, from a doctor-recommended cure-all to an aperitif for Russian royalty. Somewhere in the middle is Chuli Stout, a dry Irish style stout, which takes its name from the mighty Chulitna River. An ample amount of roasted barley imparts dry, coffee-like flavors, while flaked barley adds smoothness and body. And if that weren’t enough, Chuli Stout is conditioned and served with nitrogen, amplifying smoothness and creating that rich, dense, classic stout pour.

Twister Creek IPA

is an American style IPA, specifically a Pacific Northwest style IPA, meaning we use a lot of hops to produce it.  If you’re a numbers person, you’ll like to let your customers know we use 1.75 pounds per barrel of hops, the majority of this being     dry-hops.  We use just over one pound per barrel of Columbus and Cascade dry-hops to produce an extremely aromatic IPA.  The malt bill here is quite simple: American two-row malt with a little caramel malt on the side.   Twister Creek is the creek that runs near the Spur Road before the railroad crossing at the edge of Talkeetna --Denali Brewing
